We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the sales activity in the database. $33,000 - $45,000

Responsibilities:

• Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
• Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
• Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
• Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
• Organize the showing schedule and communicate with other agents to understand the showing best practices and how to increase homes sold

Qualifications:

• College experience preferred but not required to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
• Thrives on providing excellent customer service
• Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license

• Has knowledge of the MLS and real estate related software
• Is proficient in Mac Operating System and G-Suite
• Meets deadlines and exceeds client’s expectations
• Has the ability to handle last minute tasks
• Exudes a service-based attitude with a proven ability to succeed
• Is willing to embrace the amazing culture and proven models
• Is a team player that thrives working with a tight-knit team
• Has a keen understanding of the Local Market & Current Market Trends
• Has the ability to follow a checklist and loves it
• Clear understanding of TMO, CMA, Net Sheet, Seller info sheet
• Assertive, outgoing, organized, ambitious, productive.
• Confident, result-oriented, accountable, and goal driven.
• Strong selling, presenting, and negotiating skills.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Position is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.
