Serenity is hiring Patient Care Advocates for our Phoenix location. The primary responsibility for our PCAs is to work side by side with one of our providers and help their patients get into treatment. An ideal candidate will bring passion and empathy with each patient interaction to connect needed treatments to their needs. • No healthcare, psychology, or social work experience is preferred
• At least one year of goal-oriented customer service experience using interactive communication skills, such as sales, marketing or educating
• Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns
• Passion for helping others
• A quick learner who is comfortable in an innovative environment
• Self-driven and motivated
• The office is open from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 7:00 am - 7:00 pm on Saturday with various full-time shifts available
• Customer service skills preferred
