The fitness director is responsible for the sales and marketing of our memberships. As an FD, you will be in charge of meeting monthly sales quotas and production standards. The day-to-day responsibilities include making calls, setting appointments, generating leads, making external/internal marketing plans, and fostering relationships with new and current members. Additionally, the FD will manage a sales team, composed of 1-2 sales counselors. The FD is responsible for hiring qualified counselors, and ensuring that each counselor meets their daily production goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
