Eligible and interested teammates can:

• Participate in our Storm Response Team - where sales teammates are sent to high-activity areas with recent storm damage

• Participate in our Snow Bird program - where teammates in branches affected by colder weather can be sent to branches that are still active!

• Participate in the Earn Your Stripes Program, where teammates can earn swag, tools, and other rewards!

• Commissions paid weekly

Your credentials:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2 yrs related work experience (i.e: retail, customer service, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license
