Growing multifamily real estate management and investment firm seeking experienced and motivated candidates for future acquisitions of luxury Class A communities. The positions listed below are available.

Austin Leasing Professional

• Must have minimum one-year experience as a multifamily Leasing Professional.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Excellent Closing Ratio.
• Ability to coordinate and schedule appointments timely.
• Professional Demeanor

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes.

• High school diploma. College or some college preferred
• Must have minimum one -year experience as a Leasing Professional.
• Previous experience with Class A/Luxury product
• Experience with Yardi Voyager
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
