We are Southern Thunder Harley-Davidson located in Southaven Mississippi. We are the highest volume Harley dealer in the mid-south and a proud part of the Defcon Powersports team. We are currently looking a Motorclothes Harley-Davidson Sales representative to join our team.

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of retail sales experience
• Motorcycle Merchandise/motorclothes experience preferred but, not required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers.
• Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
• Process returns and exchanges
• Provide prompt and accurate service at cash register.
• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing relevant information
• Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
