Summary
As the Sales Executive for World Fuel Services, you will manage the execution of WFS’ strategy to identify, develop, and pursue Energy Management Services opportunities to new clients within your assigned territory. Ideal locations are NE, IA or MN. This is an new entry level positon within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies and implements initiatives necessary to achieve sales objectives, including GP/sales volume and increased positive bottom-line results.
- Drives strategies and tactics for targeted accounts.
- Provides/coordinates support for proposal preparations and contract negotiations for commercial transactions.
- Manages margins through continuous review of market conditions and competitive landscape.
- Responsible for individual sales and goals.
- Prospect and identify new leads and opportunities.
- Document activities in Salesforce CRM
- Achieve sales goals.
- Lead on-site and off-site sales presentations to potential customers.
- Direct all stages of sales process.
- Maximize margins while meeting sales goals.
- Anticipate market needs and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
- Seek and Share knowledge of industry trends, competitors, etc.
- Provide weekly sales projections and status updates to leadership.
- Market Development - Identify supply-driven growth opportunities
- Attend relevant industry conferences
- Performs other related duties, tasks, requests, and directives issued from leaders as required.

Minimum Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Recent graduates eligible.
- 1 - 3 years of sales experience in a customer facing role.
