CPS Companies is an Automotive Parts Distributor for several OEM and Aftermarket companies headquartered in Elk Grove Village, IL. We provide car dealerships, repair shops, fleets and municipalities with products including service parts and accessories. We are a growing company with 5 locations and approximately 150 employees in the Great Lakes Region.

We have an immediate opening for a Battery Route Sales Leader to join our growing company at our location in Brookfield, Wi.

You would be great in this position if you enjoy building relationships with customers, helping them understand their products inventory, providing product offerings and understanding of warranty programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Substantial customer contact

· Restocking and managing customer’s battery inventory

· Provide information on our OE and aftermarket battery offerings

· Process warranties and retrieve battery cores for return

· Maintain existing accounts

· Set up new accounts

· Operate a 6-bay battery truck within assigned South suburban territory

Requirements:

· Have a clean driving record

· Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

· Be at least 23 years old

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
