Full description of the position

The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for developing and growing sales volume in their assigned territory through effective fact-based selling and relationship building with retail accounts. This is a full-time position for our program in Convenience stores.

This position requires the following:

The route covers surounding areas - will be spending 2 to 3 nights a week out of town. Hotel and food allowance provided.

- placing and merchandise orders – the ability to lift up to 50lbs

- driving and maintaining a company vehicle

- stocking shelves

- cleaning products and fixtures

- working with store personnel on placement

- executing schematics and planograms

- performing audits and inventory counts

- overnight travel, Road Warrior – depending on the route, may have overnight stays

- maintaining regularly scheduled visits to your stores 8 to 10 stops a day depending on route and distance.

Required Work Experience:

- 1+ year of merchandising experience

Required for hire:

- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Pass a background check.
