Full Time- $100,000 - $200,000 / YEAR

Schedule- 9am-6pm Monday-Friday

Job Description:
Simms Auto Sales LLC is looking to add an experienced ambitous USED CAR MANAGER.

Job Responsabilites:
Managing the entire dealership. Making sure inventory is getting bought, valuing trade ins, managing salespeople, managing mechanics, managing reconditioning process. Dealing with customers. Managing everything in the day to day operations of a used car business.

Job Requirments:
Must have ten or more years of automotive sales and finance experience
Must have five or more years managing a used car dealership
Must have five or more years managing used car inventory
Must be able to train and lead a sales team
Must have the ability to work overtime if needed
Forty hour work weeks are the minium, Fifty hour weeks preffered
Must be familiar with Dealer Center, Dealertrack, and Frazier
Must be familiar with at least 75 percent of our lenders and special financing
Must have exellent customer service, organazational, and negotiation skills
Must have strong written and communication skills
Must have consistant and stable work history
Must have strong work ethic and proffesional apperance
Must be self motivated, goal oriented, enthusiastic, and ambitous
Must have a valid drivers license
