First year career agents earning potential is $30,000 - $40,000 plus. Tenured agents within our compensation structure earn upwards of $75,000 plus bonus opportunity. The ideal candidates will have the willingness to learn and be capable of thinking outside of the box, possess outstanding time management skills, basic computer/internet skills, and have an excellent work ethic. You will need your state insurance license: Life Accident, and Health or be willing and able to obtain it for this tremendous opportunity.

· MediConnect is the only independent firm in our industry advertising weekly on television and radio (We have our own radio show that reaches 20,000 listeners weekly)

· Full-time staff to assist with client relations, contracting, and training

· Preset appointments with potential clients when available

· Marketing and Customer Service training; learn how to succeed quickly!

· Our own community outreach program which comes with marketing and lead opportunities for agents

· We provide WARM LEADS through direct marketing and partnerships with major carriers in the industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

· Commission based and Salary based environments available. First year agents can earn up to $30,000-$40,000 plus! Tenured agents earn upwards of $75,000 plus bonus opportunity.

Education:

· High School or Equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

· Sales OR Customer Service Experience 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

· Driver’s License (Preferred)

· Obtain Life, Accident and Health state insurance license prior to onboarding

· Travel to in person appointments (drivers license preferred)
