Title:

Service Sales Manager

Summary:

RP Power, LLC, is seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and resourceful Service Sales Manager in the Little Rock area for the growth of service sales, as it pertains to on-site power generation equipment (generators, transfer switches, and switchgear), including planned maintenance agreements (PMAs), remote monitoring systems, rental generators, and aftermarket upgrades. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, to include the following:

· Leading, managing, and accountability of a service sales team

· Developing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy to accelerate the sale of PMAs, remote monitoring systems, rental generators, and aftermarket upgrades

· PMA renewals

· Developing a database of potential customers via Salesforce CRM

· Tracking and reporting scorecard results to management

· Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers

Job Requirements:

· Minimum (previous) 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager

· Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing, or business management from a college or university

· Quoting equipment or services

· Experience using CRM to manage sales, forecasting, and reporting

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with co-workers and customers

· Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM

· Valid driver’s license

RP Power, LLC, is the exclusive distributor for Kohler Power Systems’ industrial, mobile, and residential generators, plus transfer switches and switchgear for Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, West Tennessee, and Northeast Texas. We are also a distributor for Atlas Copco’s towable and portable generators.

Commissions:

The Service Sales Manager is paid a monthly commission based on service gross profit. Commissions are not capped.

Bonuses:

The Service Sales Manager will receive a year-end bonus for exceeding the PMA sales plan.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm
