Account Manager

Do you have a successful track record in account management and desire to work with a growth stage software firm?
Street Diligence is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. Are you a strong communicator? Do you have a successful track record in account management? Are you experienced at upselling and servicing clients? Are you able to successfully manage a book of business? Then our Account Manager role may be a strong fit for you. You will be an essential part of our sales team and will be working primarily with top notch finance and legal firms to ensure retention and upselling of our accounts.

At Street Diligence you will work on the following:
- Own overall client account relationships and renewals of contracts.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic account objectives.
- Lead joint strategic account planning to develop performance objectives, financial targets & milestones.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews with key client contacts.
- Work closely with sales reps to uncover new strategic account opportunities.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and commission potential (Range: $60K-$120K )

Requirements
This role is for you if you are/have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A successful track record of building relationships and meeting quota targets.
- Ability to engage and speak effectively to clients.
- Ability to sell a SaaS product into finance, legal and related sectors.
- Ability to speak about and demo product functionality and benefits.
- Successfully negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
- Work effectively with other team members.
- Interest in working with a growth stage technology firm.
