Account Executive

Goosehead Insurance is looking for an Account Executive to join one of their top performing franchise teams! The Reyes Agency launched in 2017 and has been a President's Club Agent designee consecutively for the last three years. Education and Skills of the Ideal Applicant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Exceptional communication and people skills to deliver information effectively
• Drive and motivation to maintain and increase production levels
• Two years of sales, customer service, or administrative experience
• Sales Force experience a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer efficiency and strong typing skills required
• Must be able to obtain the 2-20 License within the first month of hire

Responsibilities:

• Contacts and qualifies prospective customers and explains features and merits of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances.
• Communicates professionally with customers to explain policies, show value of brand(s) represented, follow-up as necessary to sell appropriate plans or policies.
• Calculates and/or quotes premium rates for recommended policies.
• Develops and maintains thorough product knowledge.
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and follows compliance/quality assurance requirements.
• Utilizes client and/or company-provided computer systems to perform accurate and timely data entry and submit applications.
• Follows scripts and designated sales processes to complete sales in a compliant and effective manner.
• Actively participates in training and coaching on an ongoing basis to improve performance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm

Work Location: Hybrid

• 80% In-Office - Downtown Pensacola
• 20% Remote - Eligibility for remote work will be determined by the Agency Owner after the initial training is completed. Must have a designated space for tele-working with little to no distraction.

Pay:

$30,000 + Commission + Expense Account
