The largest & oldest independent furniture stores in the Bronx is seeking experienced, motivated and disciplined sales associates for our fast paced, 50k sq ft showroom. We are looking for career oriented candidates to add to our already high performing sales team who has an average tenure of 5 + years. We give our associates all the tools to succeed: Paid training, 3+ easy finance options with 98% approval, over 200 vendors to choose from, beautifully decorated showroom, huge selection of high margin items like exclusive products, accessories and bedding, on going training, TO support from 3 sales managers, large internet presence, technologically advanced showroom, tons of advertising to draw customers in and so much more.

Duties Include:

• Ensuring that each customer is taken care to the best of our abilities and all their needs are courteously met while maintaining appropriate profit levels.
• Maintaining the showroom to ensure that each customer sees the store in the best possible state.
• Filling out all sales slips with the proper information and explaining all the appropriate information to the customer.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals put forth by management including volume minimums, selling at an appropriate margin, add on sales, protection minimums, bedding minimums etc.
• Generate additional leads for your book of business by networking and prospecting.
• Adhering to store polices, rules and regulations.
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• Must be familiar with a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be technologically savvy to use our computers to show and view our website, use our financing kiosks, our product kiosks and other tech initiatives we roll out.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
