Are you an experienced Account Manager who loves all things Arkansas? Join our team! We’re looking for someone to provide project management, strategic planning and client relations on advertising and marketing campaigns for our agency’s tourism-related accounts. Interested?
The CJRW Account Manager provides project management, administration and strategic support for major advertising and marketing clients and campaigns. The Account Manager carries responsibilities involving strategic planning, project development and management, and client relations. This position will have the primary responsibility of working on the agency’s tourism-related accounts.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other agency departments on behalf of the client
• Provide proactive strategic leadership and client project management
• Attend client meetings and take action on requested deliverables
• Anticipate client communication challenges and develop recommendations
• Work with agency team to develop and implement marketing and public relations plans
• Work with agency team to prepare presentations, marketing plans, news releases, reports, etc.
• Execute tasks associated with marketing plans
• Plan and manage key events, including logistics, set up and execution
• Manage community and civic engagement programs and outreach on behalf of clients
• Manage collaboration for implementation of social and digital media strategies
• Manage content direction and agency collaboration for client social media accounts
• Research marketing trends and provide competitive analysis
• Manage agency and client collaboration for development of client creative campaigns
• Prepare documents for presentation to client
• Monitor and manage budgets
• Review and approve client invoices and billing statements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising or marketing is preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant marketing/public relations/advertising agency experience or related experience
• Ability to work as an authoritative figure on a busy team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities
• Ability to effectively organize work as well as establish and maintain schedules
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management
• The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
• RFP development and presentation skills preferred
• Willingness to note relevant trends and develop ideas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Documents
