We are looking for hardworking, career minded, and experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Agents. Our customer base is growing at a fast pace, and we need more motivated and professional licensed agents to join our team. As an agent, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to educate customers on the value of GEICO’s insurance offerings, drive sales and cultivate long term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Make sales (licensed) of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service

Educate prospective and current clients on auto, home, motorcycle, boat, condo and renter's insurance

Service existing accounts and ensure customers make informed buying decisions

Identify cross-selling and bundling opportunities during customer-retention calls

Follow up on GEICO generated sales leads

Utilize existing contacts and leverage networking skills to increase the company customer base

What You’ll Bring:

Prior success in a sales role

Ability to ask for the sale and close the deal

Property and Casualty License

Up to 75% of your day is speaking with customers on the phone and in person- you must be a high-energy people-person

A knack for remembering data and details

A talent for dealing with difficult customers

Strong computer skills; ability to learn and work within multiple quoting systems

$45,000 - $75,000 on track earnings (Hourly plus commissions); Hourly BASE PAY of $17-$20 per hour depending on experience, in addition to unlimited COMMISISONS and hefty BONUS opportunities
