Experienced Licensed Community Association Manager [CAM, LCAM] - Portfolio

We are looking for ROCKSTARS that just happen to be experienced Licensed Community Association Managers to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity for LCAMs with a proven track record, who are self-starters and motivated to make a difference. We recently consolidated with a few smaller companies and our portfolio has increased and are in a hyper growth stage.

We are looking for the CAM’s that make a difference. The ones that STAND OUT. We want you to be part of our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experienced in portfolio management.
• Prior experience overseeing projects within condominiums, and homeowner’s associations.
• Ability to prepare, understand, and communicate budgets for HOA.
• Must be professional, well-spoken, ambitious, organized, with meticulous attention-to-detail and great follow-through.
• All emails and calls must be returned within 24 hours.
• Provide valued leadership to Board of Directors while ensuring the goals and needs of the community are met in a timely manner.
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of HOA boards, be HIGHLY organized, and strive for excellence.
• High level of professionalism to negotiate vendor contracts and build strong relationships with Boards while maintaining and achieving company goals.

Pay is based on portfolio size & years of LCAM experience - From $45k & up
