Essential Functions:
- Manage Service Titan (Field Service Management Software)
- Set up and maintain all technician and office staff accounts & permissions.
- Manage technician tablet training.
- Manage Service Titan tablet processes.
- Assist in formulating and processing reports for management.
- Assist CSR & Managers with onsite support for the office platform of Service Titan.
- Assist Technicians with onsite support for the tablet platform of Service Titan.
- Manage digital price book within Titan.
- Maintain technician field price book including creating updated versions of the price book and successfully import back into Service Titan.
- Perform adjustments/changes within Service Titan per leadership request.
- Create system alerts for specific items/issues.
- Continually looks for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively.
- Assist anywhere else as needed within the company as issues arise within Service Titan.
- Stay up to date on the newest versions and tools within Service Titan to better serve ASC.
- Participate in weekly success calls with Service Titan to continue to work thru existing issues and learn more about other tools within Service Titan.
- Assists in managing our existing sales pipeline, specifically preventative maintenance agreements both commercial and residential. Work closely with the residential department manager.
- Assist with contracts, work with commercial agreements, and assist as needed in setting up commercial client accounts in Service Titan. Work closely with the commercial department manager.
- Assists in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identifies trends and customer needs and provides feedback to management.
- Schedule out Commercial Maintenance visits according to service call volume and customer requests.
- Assist management with commercial accounts and communications.
- Renew any expiring commercial maintenance agreements base on the manager's reference to price adjustments if needed.
- Input new memberships that Commercial Manager has sold into Service Titan and properly code for the technician to know whether to collect at each visit, charge at each visit (if billable), or whether the visit is prepaid based on how membership was sold.
- Responds to any preventative maintenance status inquiries from vendors sent via email along with help from CSR s as needed.
- Continually provide detailed notes along with help from CSR s within Service Titan.
- Set up our company credentials on commercial account websites and portals along with user accounts for dispatch, techs, and managers. Working closely with department managers.
Qualifications:
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong, effective, and clear verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Must have the ability to exercise effective judgment and sensitivity to changing needs and situations.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must be professional and team-oriented.
- Must be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Must have the willingness to learn new processes.
- Must have a valid driver s license and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Education & Experience:
- Preferred 3 years of experience using Service Titan (Field Service Management Software). Continuous training and education of Service Titan provided.
- High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor s Degree is considered a plus but not required
- Intermediate in Microsoft products
