Job Summary

Hammitt is seeking an experienced Keyholder/Sales Lead to work with the Manhattan Beach Store Manager and team in the supervision of the store operations to create a customer centric environment. We are looking for an individual with a passion for styling, providing outstanding customer experiences, and a drive to achieve results.

Your Role

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about industry trends and competitors
• Provide and maintain outstanding visual merchandising displays
• Utilize storytelling ability to garner new customers and maintain current customer loyalty
• Train and develop employees, as needed
• Participate in managing in the store environment and day-to-day store operations
• Host/Co-host parties and events at store with local influencers, charities, etc.
• Perform opening and closing procedures with excellence
• Assist in maintaining and managing inventory
• Provide and maintain outstanding visual merchandising displays
• Form lasting relationships with new customers and maintain current customer loyalty

Skills, Abilities, Requirements

• Minimum experience of 2 years in relevant retail experience
• Associates degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
• Shopify and NetSuite experience (not required, but a plus!)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Excellent communication skills

Supplemental Pay: Eligible for bonus pay

Education: Associates’ or bachelor’s degree

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
