WE have appointments in your area and are looking for top quality Solar reps to take them!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and deliver help to our sales team as needed.
• Onboarding and training newly hired sales reps both in the office and in the field.
• Hold 1-on-1 training with reps to review performance and ensure they are hitting sales goals
• Maintain and grow sales volume through training and personal production
• Maintain and grow the sales team
• Daily communication with all sales reps
• Taking pre-set appointments with homeowners to educate them and sell solar.

Requirements

• 5 years + of in-home or door-to-door sales experience
• 3 year of management experience preferred
• Self-motivated, competitive, driven with a strong desire to be successful
• Proven track record of field sales experience
• Willing to better oneself and move up in the company
• Positive and charismatic demeanor
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Need to agree to work under and enforce our Core Values

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
