• Call Center or Telemarketing Experience a Plus
• Appointment Setting Experience a Plus
• Handle all service appointments
• Screen inbound & outbound calls to generate service appointments via phone or internet
• Provide outstanding customer service with problem solving skills & product knowledge
• Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and have great listening skills.
• Proficient on multi line phone system & computer software such as Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, and Google.
• Assist with various miscellaneous tasks as necessary

SERVICE BDC - QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
• Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous customer service experience is a huge plus
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
• Must be submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
