Join JTO Roofing and Solar as a Sales Consultant and take control of your success with no limits. We're a full-service construction company in Sanford, FL looking to expand our local service area. As we welcome our most thriving times, we're seeking highly motivated, self-driven, and integrity-driven individuals to join our amazing team.

We provide the necessary training and tools to set you on the road to success, even if you have no prior roofing sales experience. This outside sales position offers a high-income opportunity of $75,000 to $150,000 within the first year, plus weekly and monthly bonus incentives.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll generate new leads and establish long-term relationships with customers. You'll attend inspections, determine customer needs, and provide solutions that solve their problems. You'll update the company database and collaborate with fellow team members to meet weekly and/or monthly sales quotas.

We're looking for individuals who can climb a ladder and walk on roofs, multitask, and have excellent customer service and communication skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven sales professional, we want to hear from you!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
