Full description of the position

Inside Sales Manager - Aesthetic Sales

My client is a global medical device company that manufactures innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire an Inside Sales Manager responsible for managing an Inside Sales team; assist team with managing accounts and sales processes (generate/qualify leads). The Inside Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to ensure maximum market penetration and overall revenue growth.

Reporting: Onsite Downtown Chicago

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, manage and coach an Inside Sales team
  • Conduct monthly sales meetings with team
  • Assign territories, set sales goals/quotas and ensure they are met
  • Identify and analyze client data, review preferences and align sales efforts
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans, promote sales growth
  • Monitor sales processes and provide support inc. generating and qualifying sales
  • Maintain database, documenting all communications
  • Analyze and interpret sales reports; present to leadership
  • Attend meetings and conferences on behalf of company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 2-4+ years of Sales Management experience managing a BDR/Inside sales team
  • Min. 2+ years Inside Sales/BDR sales experience
  • Experience with prospecting via cold-calling and close deals
  • Strong Communication & Presentation skills
  • Excellent Negotiation & Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
  • Ability to travel as needed (Trade Shows)

Offering:

  • Base Salary $70,000 - $90,000
  • Year [please apply online] $90,000 - $110,000
