Full description of the position

We are a general contracting company that primarily deals with storm damage restoration. Revival has been in business since 2017. We are seeking a sales manager in charge of hiring, training and managing the sales-force. We have a laid back yet dynamic work environment that encourages team members to take ownership of their roles and do what needs to done without micromanaging. Our mission is to provide high-quality to homeowners and property managers in the area.

Someone who can lead a team, see what can be done better, take notes and lay it out in weekly or biweekly meetings

People with no experience in storm damage restoration sales, your resume will not be considered

Responsibilities:

Run set leads with your team members
Door to door contact with trainees & potential customers regarding storm damage
Teach Storm Damage/Retail sales
Train candidates to assess properties and explain storm and hail damage to residents to provide insight into insurance processing
Teach your team to walk customer through the entire restoration process
Assist homeowners through the Insurance claim process alongside your team members
Train your team to manage project to ensure the customer receives all benefits warranted
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Attend colors meetings/ production selection meetings / insurance adjustments with your team members
Manage the team in the field ensure they are working, offer support, encourage positivity throughout and after they are trained in
Support staff handles production, supplements, invoicing, insurance negotiations if needed, estimates

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a project manager or sales manager
Previous experience with door to door outside sales
Previous experience with storm damage restoration
Be familiar with or willing to learn Acculynx
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, motivation, and facilitation skills.
Experience with Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance preferred.

Incentivized Salary, Commission, Bonuses

Pay: $60,599.25 - $300,961.68 per year
