Cavender Subaru of Norman is looking for a Subaru Delivery Specialist to fill a vital role for our team. This key position is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information and a superior customer experience before, during and after the sales process. We are currently seeking a unique individual that understands and can relay complex technology to customers and enjoys doing it. The individual we seek will be technically savvy and possess exceptional customer handling skills.

• The ability to explain complicated technology in everyday language
• Be able to meet, greet, and interact with customers effectively
• Strong computer, phone, and technology skills

What you'll have to accomplish:

• Subaru Star Academy Bootcamp
• Subaru Delivery Specialist Certification
• Acquire and maintain knowledge on all Subaru vehicles and technology
• Customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Previous verifiable experience in customer service required
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to speak fluent Spanish is a plus
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
• Multitasking skills
• Proficient use of computers and smart phones
