Full description of the position

Are you looking for a career in insurance sales? Do you enjoy helping others?

We are seeking experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to build their own business by helping people secure financial protection for their property. We are a recruiting firm hired by Insurance Agency Owners (primarily Allstate) to help find & recruit top talent for their hiring needs.

We have an immediate opening in the south Florida area with an established and decorated Allstate agency who has a growing business and is looking to add to their growing team. The position will start in the office until fully trained/ramped up & then will transition to hybrid remote giving you the ability to work from home 2-3 days a week.

Expected total compensation with commissions/bonus = $50,000 +

What’s the role?

You will be selling Home, Auto, Toy, and Umbrella policies. In addition, as you gain experience, you will tap into very lucrative Life and Health policies to new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

  • Daily prospecting to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up regarding their needs.
  • Proactive problem solving.
  • Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
  • Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
  • Regularly contact 600-800 people per week. These are warm-company leads.

SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Allstate Insurance experience preferred
  • Strong consultative sales & negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exemplary business ethics and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize, respond to customers' needs and handle time sensitive issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
