Sales Support Representative Job Description

The role of the Sales Support Representative is to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities. The person will deals with the administrative aspects of the sales cycle. The person must have some commercial sense to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The person manages the follow-up of orders from A to Z and must be able to intervene in case of disputes or complaints.

Duties of the Sales Assistant :

Assist and support sales Team with major accounts in all aspect of sales

Built customer offers

Must be an expert in Excel ( Vlookup , Pivot Table ...)

Participate in sales and marketing activities

Follow the Sales activity and sales (reporting, dashboards etc.)

Prepare and Sending samples to customers

Provide administrative support for sales representative team.

Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails.

Place orders and quotes for customers.

Processing a high volume of product orders.

Processing invoices for all sales transactions

Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

Possibility of traveling for trade show or Customer meeting

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General business or Sales Management

A minimum of 3 years of experience

Requirements for the role:

High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

Ability to prioritise own workload.

Autonomy in his / her work.

Wish to work in a small team for a starting and growing company

Proficient with MS, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

An administrative or sales background.

Must be well organized, and structured in job activities.

Ability to drive to tight timelines.

Speaks English and Spanish.

French is a plus.

Have a sense of humor, easygoing, but very disciplined. We need a culture fit!
