• Contact consumers who previously inquired about products to facilitate an introduction call to a licensed Mortgage Banker. They will handle from there.
• Create interest by presenting our suite of products and services.
• Maintain professionalism and diplomacy during all client interactions
• Self-starter attitude to complete the rigorous MLO education course
• During this time, you will have the opportunity to complete all required online studying, education, and testing to pass and receive your Mortgage Loan Originator License from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)

Skills, Experience and Education:

• Entry-Level experience in a high-volume sales or sales support a plus!
• Call center experience is a plus!
• Proficient computer skills and usage.
• Highly driven and self-motivated individual ready to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
• Ability to successfully multi-task in high pressure situations
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to professionally handle rejections
• Fast paced program so dedication to stay on track is critical
• Ability to pass both a credit and criminal background check
