RELATIONSHIP MANAGER OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE!!! - 5 YEAR PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are a boutique Money Management firm (A Registered Investment Advisor Firm) with a focus on comprehensive tax, retirement and financial planning. We work closely with numerous families and professionals and providing them with a full range of investment, insurance, and trust services advice.

We have an opening for a Relationship Manager who is to help our firm in servicing and cultivating further our current client relationships, and prospects. Candidates will go through an extensive training in preparing themselves to work with high net worth individuals in meeting their complex wealth planning needs. The objective of our training is for you to achieve long-term success in a career as a Relationship Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree or higher.
• Successful track record with past and current employers.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Strong work ethic and strong drive to succeed.
• Willingness to work extra hours two days a week.

Duties:

• Continually educate yourself on the financial industry, financial planning and investments.
• Contacting clients to educate and inform them on their investment holdings and make recommendations when future opportunities present.
• Analyze financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies, products and services that will help them meet their financial goals.
• Place trades and conduct transactions for clients and firm accounts.

Earnings

Compensation consists of a fixed base salary, bonuses and incentive pay. Due to lucrative incentive pay there is NO CAP ($200k plus) on compensation. After completion of training program the anticipated compensation should range between $70,000 and $100,000.

Base Pay will be $70,000 for experienced Relationship Managers/Financial Advisors (5 year min.) or $60,000 for new trainees.

You have the ability to earn major increases after six months. There is also ample opportunity to grow within the firm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, holiday pay, medical/dental insurance reimbursement, and 401k type savings plan matching (after 12 months).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
