Full description of the position

We are looking for an individual that has a strong desire to grow within our organization. Our immediate need is for one that can handle warehouse duties while assisting with our inside sales/customer service team.

The warehouse responsibilities consist of:

• Greeting will call customers and truck drivers and handing over orders
• Pulling customers' orders for will call and/or truck shipment
• Checking stock for customers' requests
• Forklift driving
• General maintenance of warehouse floor

The inside sales responsibilities consist of:

• Responding to customers' requests via e-mail and phone.
• Prioritizing requests for timely management
• Perform follow up related tasks to the customers' satisfaction
• Order entry via several online and server-based methods
• Assist outside sales team

Experience in construction is desired but not required. Forklift training will be provided. Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have good phone and communication skills. Order entry software training will be provided along with product knowledge training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
