The high-impact account executive role is situated in a rapidly growing sales team built on collaboration, and cutting-edge growth. Driven to obtain new clients for our SaaS real estate solution, we are looking for motivated individuals who are determined to take initiative and add value. In this role you will:
- Cultivate new business opportunities and create outreach strategies to build a pipeline
- Develop and maintain an effective level of understanding of the barriers our clients face while strategizing and identifying solutions SetSchedule can resolve
- Build effective outbound communication strategies for sales prospecting including phone outreach, email, social media etc.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets for: Conversations, outbound communication efforts, and scheduled demos
- Track progress and document activities
Some of the tools and resources we will equip you with include:
- Training: Start with Value, which is our 4- week training program focused on equipping our sales new hires with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful.
- Growth opportunities are available through promotion and participation in different programs like EMDP, a development program devoted to shaping managers.

Pay
Salary is just one part of our total compensation package. The base pay for this position is $20/hr. This position is eligible for a commission and bonus plan in addition to base pay with an OTE of $85,000 first year.
