Smith Fence is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to work in the Rental Fence Division to increase sales and our customer base in the South FL region, based in our Davie Office. SFC provides great pay and company benefits. This individual will be trained and work hand in hand with the South Florida Team.

We have 3 offices throughout the State of Florida and have performed work throughout the U.S., Canada, Caribbean, Europe and Asia. Education:

• High School Graduate (GED) is acceptable. It is preferred if individual have a 2 or 4 year college degree.
• Telemarketing or Inside sales experience is a plus
• Sales within the construction industry is also a plus (construction rentals, equipment sales, fence sales etc.)

• What is most important is a hard-working individual, who possesses leadership attributes, works well as an individual and with others, and is trainable

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Utilizing a smart phone, and can learn to utilize Smith Fence software systems

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes for customers (ITB’s, and live leads)
• Follow up with customers to close on quotes
• Contract review and negotiation
• Review new installations with Field Operations Team
• Call in underground locates for new installations
• Managing the installation schedule with the branch team
• Assisting other Sales and Operation coworkers on the South Florida team
• Assist in Division outstanding collections, not only personal collections
• Someone who is detail oriented and very organized
• Performing miscellaneous duties as directed by management (being flexible).

Must pass drug test, background check, and have adequate driving record and be approved by company insurance

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
