All Step Sales & Marketing, Inc.

All Step Sales & Marketing is a full service manufacturer’s representative specializing in the sales of beauty products to distributors throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to contribute to our rapidly growing international business.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales managers through preparation of product presentations and maintenance of marketing materials, including promotional calendars, product images, advertising and social media content. Communicate with our distributor network to notify clients of new products and promotions. Responsible to obtain orders and assist management in meeting sales goals. Manage product pricing by brand by market. Coordinate trade marketing activities.

Position is responsible to process orders and assist in sales administration. Communicate with accounts to confirm orders and provide shipping details. Update and maintain sales reports. Follow up with distributors to implement promotions and report local sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: English and Spanish. Must be strong in both verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications. Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables.
• Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Position may require some international and domestic travel.

Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from accredited University, Preferably with focus on International Business, Marketing or related field.
Preferred Experience:
2-3 years of sales experience or international business supporting sales account managers or marketing manager.
