Seagrass Village of Fleming Isalnd is a luxurious Assistant Living and Memory Care community located in Fleming Island, Florida. Seagrass Village of Fleming Island offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of a Director of Sales. The Sales Director will be responsible for pre-leasing sales, networking to build leads and partnerships with local organizations, physicians and hospitals. The ideal Director of Sales candidate must have a passion for working with seniors, a high degree of customer service, prior sales and closing experience. Position requires excellent communication skills, including the ability to express compassion and empathy when speaking with prospective residents and family members.

Prior experience in the senior housing industry is a plus.

Requirements

Experience:

• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
