Full description of the position

We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager or Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The CSR will assist the team with personal lines policies (homeowners and auto) including new business processing as well as retention and servicing of existing clients by providing a high standard of service. We are an established business with newly remodeled office. We just decided to open our doors to a few new employees, that fit well in our close working environment. We also have Brand new opportunities being implemented to give new agents more chances to make more commissions and bonuses! If you do not have your license yet, we will reimburse your licensing, and pay through your training as well!

Looking for MOTIVATED agents, that can keep up with the fast pace of business, and the other agents in office. We are diverse and loud, business casual workplace, but expect good work ethic and being on time.

Requirements

· At least 1 year of experience as a personal lines CSR or Producer is preferred

· General understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverage

· 4-40 or 2-20, 20-44 licensed

· Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal

· Ability to multi-task

· Detailed oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour with bonus' and commissions.

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• 4-40 Insurance License / If no license we are open to training new agents.
