Coach Automotive Restylers LLC and Katzkin Leather, Inc. is seeking a Dealer Sales Representative in the Kansas City Metropolitan area to support our growing sales through new and existing auto dealer accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strengthen existing dealership relations
• Ensure dealer staff is properly trained on product knowledge and the presentation of product lines
• Effectively communicate with all levels of dealership personnel
• Improve dealer effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques to maximize sales
• Implement tools and strategies to sell products at dealerships
• Execute strategies to build current sales and introduce new opportunities
• Manage a current customer base of up to 200 accounts
• Work Independently and manage daily calendar

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with automotive dealerships sales operations is a plus
• Ability to interact effectively with dealership staff at all levels
• Strong persuasive speaking and problem solving skills
• Ability to read situations and react in a dynamic/high pressure selling environment
• Comfortable with public speaking to groups of 3 - 20 individuals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to drive daily throughout assigned territory with greater than 10 sales stops
• 4 Year degree preferred and / or related training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
