If you fancy yourself a people person and enjoy helping folks then a Leasing Specialist might be the perfect job for you. Local company looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team to connect with clients and help them to find their new home/apartment. We are looking for someone who has an upbeat personality, someone who is organized and someone that really enjoys talking and meeting clients on property to conduct tours and help guide them thru the application and leasing process. Our properties consist of varying size and location from single family homes to large single site properties with both student and non-student locations.

Job duties include but aren't limited to:

• Greeting prospective residents
• Responding to all leads (email, phone etc.)
• Scheduling property tours
• Showing prospective clients
• Assisting prospective clients in completing an application
• Processing applications
• Reviewing the lease and move in materials with prospective clients
• Assist with all other tasks relating to the Leasing department

Our Ideal Candidate: A minimum of two years leasing experience required or one year of related work in the residential rental industry

• Experience with student and non-student housing
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Friendly personality, someone who is excellent at closing and securing leases
• Someone who is self-motivated and committed to improving our product and services
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid, clean driving record

Compensation: This is a full-time hourly position with benefits. Hours are Monday -Friday 8am-5pm and requires Saturday rotating scheduled appointments. Pay based on experience.
