General Summary:
Responsible for training and developing new hires on topics including but not limited to, all Alleviate Financial processes, policies, and debt settlement products to meet department goals.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare newly hired Debt Advisors through new hire orientation
- Oversee Alleviate Sales training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Work closely with Director of Sales on current training material and consistently update for accuracy
- Work closely with Human Resources and Recruiting to help hire and onboard new Sales Staff
- Act as a go-to person for newly hired Debt Advisors primarily during their first 90 days of employment
- Conduct Sales video Training class, typically lasting 2-4 weeks for all new hires which includes but isn’t limited to, company introduction, financial literacy, sales processes, underwriting guidelines, and lead management
- Conduct exercise sessions for new hires after sales begin - up to 1 hour, daily topic sessions
- Develop individual coaching plans and provide assistance for all new hires
- Weekly call coachings with new hires
- Track daily attendance of all new hires
- Communicate new hire KPIs including but not limited to: talk time, excessive breaks, dial attempts, notes on files, lead disposition/management, login times, conversion, active rate percentage, first pay clears, payment dates within 14 days, missed calls, deals/debt per day, general behavioral-related trends
- Work with new hires on troubleshooting specific files such as leaving notes for Underwriting and other departments
- Continuously coordinate with all other members of Sales Management Team regarding next upcoming Sales class/initiative
Other Responsibilities:
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Attend training and department meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience normally required for competent performance)
Education and Knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of debt settlement required
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in sales
- 2+ years experience of training or management experience
Skills and Abilities
- Willingness and commitment to foster growth on an inside Sales Team
- Ability to multitask and adapt to ever-changing and evolving Sales environment
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Ability to use company Phone system, Freevoice, and CRM, Debt Pay Pro
- Computer literacy
- Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Ability to sell and influence others
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
This position is primarily in-person at our Irvine, CA location. Candidates must be willing to commute to our office to hold live trainings.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
