Position Summary:
Due to growth, we have a newly created Sales Enablement/RevOps Analyst role focused on providing marketing and sales teams with data-driven insights to optimize their efforts, effectively engage buyers and ultimately drive revenue. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and in partnership with leadership, the Sales Enablement/RevOps Analyst will strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives. Other areas of responsibility will include managing dashboards, building revenue forecasts, overseeing systems, data administration and recommending tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting so teams can easily understand business health and meet their goals. Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Must love data mining, understanding data and interpreting data while understanding how to use the tools.
- Salesforce administration experience is what we’re targeting, but we would consider strong CRM/Customer Relationship Management experience with other similar tool(s).
- 3+ years experience in a generalist sales enablement/revenue operations or similar role (Generalist vs. specializing in campaign development for example) making sales teams more effective by:
- Connecting sellers to relevant content
- Providing flexible ways to present content
- Delivering real-time visibility into customer engagement
- Applying advanced analytics to optimize pitches
- Equipping sellers with training and guidance
- Measuring all of the above and mapping against bottom-line results
- Mining, understanding, interpreting and disseminating data to drive sales and marketing growth.
- Working within a B2B scaling/fast-growth organization with shifting priorities
- Strong critical thinking and analyzing abilities
- Experience rolling out and conducting training
- Experience working remotely
Technical Requirements:
- Salesforce or other CRM
- Experience with marketing campaign tools (we use Pardot)
- Experience with sales activity tracking tools (we use Clari)
- Experience with built-ins for dial systems to drive sales campaigns
- Comfort with Google products
Travel Responsibilities:
- Limited to no travel (possible trade show participation or team on-site meeting)
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in relatable field desired but not required
