Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator II position is responsible for managing processes in support of the Sales team as they prospect new business. The role serves as a liaison to internal clients, advisors, sales, and corporate partners. The position is responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Directors with pre-sales solutions and materials to assist them in driving business development.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of sales deck and ancillary materials:
    • Collaborate with RSDs and ISMs to support finals presentation opportunities including PowerPoint deck, agenda, and marketing materials.
    • Support consistency in workflow and delivery.
  • Regional Events/Webinars:
    • Coordinate events with RSD/ISM and internal stakeholders including booking the venue, selecting the menu, creating, and sending invites, tracking RSVPs, CE application, managing DCIO partner funds for sponsored events and ordering materials and promo items.
    • For webinars also managing technology and scheduling planning meetings.
  • Conferences:
    • Collaborate with Business Development team; manage booth orders, promo items, ensure adherence to broker-dealer guidelines.
  • Liaison to sales consulting:
    • Collaborate with Sales Consulting Manager on due diligence visits.
    • Own logistics such as ordering catering, booking travel for guests, assist with meeting activities day of.
  • Ad-hoc administrative support – Support field and sales leadership with general administrative tasks including (but not limited to):
    • Meeting coordination, ordering marketing materials (promo items, business cards, etc.), ordering office supplies and inputting security requests for visitors to the tower.

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • H.S Diploma or equivalent

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • College degree preferred or H.S. Diploma with any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Required Work Experience

  • 3+ years minimum work experience
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 03B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
