We have a great opportunity for a full-time, Front Desk Representative/Sales Support to join our team in our Honolulu office. The successful candidate will be a bright and helpful first point of contact for our company, administer the ordering and distribution of supplies, maintain the neat and professional appearance of our Smart Home Innovation Center, and provide support for our office staff and sales team as needed. This full-time position is for our Honolulu Office; no relocation.

Receptionist/Sales Support:

• Greet guests with aloha in a warm and professional manner
• Geographical knowledge of Oahu: place names
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in our Smart Home Innovation Center
• Answer multi-phone lines, screen and direct calls
• Administer the ordering and distribution of supplies
• Provide general information
• Provide general administrative support as needed

A successful Receptionist will have the following

• Problem solving skills with exceptional creativity and resourcefulness
• World-class customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Attention to detail and strong organization
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
• A positive attitude and the ability to take direction well
• Experience in related front desk or sales admin. field preferred
