The 160 Driving Academy is fastest growing vocational school system in the United States. With 64 schools open across 15 States, in 2020, the 160 Driving Academy will train over 6,000 students for their Commercial Drivers License. By the end of 2021, the 160 Driving Academy will have over 100 schools and 15,000 trained students annually across its school system.

Must Have:
· Top notch customer service experience
· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Salesforce experience a plus)
· Above the bar sales and marketing skills (recruiting experience a plus)
· Strong administrative and organization capabilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Need to be:

· Effective self starter who can manage a high volume of customers
· Strong collaborator who is able to build and maintain positive working relationship with key commercial and governmental partners
Job Description:
· Identify and recruit student drivers for the 160, 4-week, CDL training program
· Serve as a supporter to 160 students from day of enrollment to day of graduation
· Manage all day to day operations and responsibilities of your 160 Branch location
· Build long lasting professional relationships with students throughout the duration of their career
· Develop relationships and work with local governmental agencies and like-minded organizations to market and promote your Branch in the local community and metro area
· This is a full time opportunity with salary base-pay, PLUS benefits and significant commission!!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
