Company Overview

7th Avenue ([please apply online] is a digitally-native furniture brand offering products that marry luxury design with functional day-to-day features. Our main product is a modular sofa collection we call “The World’s Greatest Modular Sofa” that includes features such as endless modularity, water-repellent and stain-resistant fabrics, removable and machine-washable covers, memory foam cushions, and many more. All products are sustainably-built, free from harmful chemicals, and designed to last 10 years or more.

We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant for our Newport Beach Showroom, who will be interested in joining a competitive, supportive sales team environment. The right person will be motivated, hardworking, detail oriented with strong communication skills. Individuals who have been in sales, high-end retail and concierge will do great in this position. This position has a base salary as well as great commission compensation.

Responsibilities

• Passionate, sales-driven, and determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
• Stay informed and familiar with all 7th Avenue’s products and services offered
• Educate customers on the functional features and benefits of 7th Avenue’s modular sofa
• Represent the 7th Avenue brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
• Communicate with customers on their order and resolve any issues
• Proactively follow up & communicate with potential customers until purchase

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales or high-end retail.
• Excellent sales skills. Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Must be able to work weekends
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Interior design skills preferred.
• Technologically proficient.
• Great email & writing skills.
• Excellent customer service
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,500.00 - $14,000.00 per month
