Insurance Agent position details:

• Candidate will be developing referral sources & producing policies
• Candidate will be required to network and build lasting customer relationships and referral sources
• Candidate must evaluate each customer's personal insurance needs and suggest additions or changes to their policies
• Opportunity to grow your book of business by attaining new client relationships
• Compensation is a base salary plus commissions

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Previous Insurance agency experience a plus
• Must possess a current Property & Casualty insurance license and either a 4-40 or 2-20 license
• Must maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Must be comfortable with phone and face-to-face interaction with customers
• Must be motivated and hard-working with an optimistic attitude
• Strong leadership skills and ability to be part of a team required

Our brand new office in Nocatee is looking to fill some seats with some smiling faces that our eager and hunger to help customers and make some money.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
