Full Job Description
The Inside Sales Account Executive position at Colonial, LLC is a Business-to-Business (B2B) account management sales position reporting to the Sales Manager. The ISAE is responsible for developing opportunities in Apparel, Promotional Products and K-5 Solutions, while managing existing and new contract embroidery accounts. The primary role is to manage accounts, the sales process and generate new sales while expanding Colonial’s accounts base. Responsible for maintaining existing accounts through a robust sales pipeline. Accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience. Must be a highly motivated individual possessing excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain customer satisfaction. He/she must be an initiator dedicated to providing excellent service, prompt follow-up, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of the promo products and branded apparel marketplace. Demonstrates knowledge of account history, and procedures specific to each sector, including the evaluation for each account from a growth perspective.
  • Execute sales strategies that uncover customer needs and pain points; Strategically plans sales calls with outlined objectives and action steps.
  • Develops professional credibility and trust with the customer; Responds to customers’ requests and problems with appropriate timeliness and solutions.
  • Create a positive experience while guiding customers through Colonial, LLC’s consultative sales process using the customers preferred method of communication.
  • Provide immediate same-day response to all email and telephone communications. Colonial’s Way.
  • Educate customers on current/future product offerings.
  • Manage house and contract embroidery customers.
  • Qualify prospective customers, generate appointments and quotes through proactive prospecting.
  • Provide an extraordinary experience to our customers throughout the sales process.
  • Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and offerings from Colonial, LLC.
  • Attend all Company Sales Meetings, and Training Programs.
  • Perform all other sales operations, sales coordination, and cross functional department duties as assigned.
