• Assisting existing customers in person, through email, and on the phone.
• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.?
• Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and document it per agency standards.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.

• Florida 4-40 or 2044 License Required.
• Insurance Customer Service experience required.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.?
