LEASING AGENT

Pinnacle International is a real estate and property management firm in San Diego. Pinnacle has been involved in the development, design, construction and management of our projects.

One of our notable project is comprised of a 50-story luxurious apartments overlooking the beautiful City of San Diego. It provides the ideal East Village San Diego living experience. It is situated in the vibrant, diverse, urban East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego that boasts close proximity to world-class shopping and dining.

We have an opening to join our team as a Leasing Agent. We are looking for a motivated team player to provide leasing support to the company. Along with opportunity for growth, this position provides a unique change for exposure to many aspects of the organization’s operations.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide information about the apartments and the community to prospective residents
• Schedule site visits and showings
• Close new deals and rent out apartments
• Explain all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Support marketing efforts; provide suggestions regarding promotions and advertisements
• Accurately prepares and assists with all leasing documentations
• Completes follow-up thank you notes and call-backs with prospects after initial visit
• Maintains good customer service and relations
• Adheres to Fair Housing Policy, ADA, Injury and Illness Prevention Policy and Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Policy

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years previous working experience as a Leasing Agent
• At least 2 years working experience in real estate/property management industry a plus
• 1 year Yardi experience preferred
• Legally able to work in the United States
• This is a full-time position.
• Weekends are required.
• Business Professional Attire required
• No onsite housing
