Ultimate LLC is a construction staffing and logistics firm that operates in over 40 states. We specialize in construction workforce management. We are currently seeking applicants for our Sales department. The first three months of training here at Ultimate are focused around your training and development to fully grasp our company and industry.

This position will be out of our headquarters in Kansas City. We are looking for like minded individuals, with an overall competitive and entrepreneurial spirit!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Contractors to Utilize Ultimate's Services

• Contractor research and development

• Performing market analysis

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

• Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

• Report on the status of accounts

• Suggest actions to improve performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

• Sports minded and competitive

• Desire to work and excel as part of a team.

• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

• Self Motivated

• Understanding of sales and marketing

• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
