The Physician Liaison will, individually or as part of a marketing team, work to achieve assigned goals. Primary responsibility involves managing the physician's office call list and acting as the liaison between the radiology company and the referring community including physicians, staff, and their patients. In addition, the individual is expected to work in tandem with other staff members and/or marketing representatives to provide a level of service that facilitates the establishment and maintenance of long term relationships with referrers.

1. Support marketing strategies as directed by the CEO.

2. Maintain current database of existing and potential clients.

3. Schedule and participate in luncheons, dinners, health fairs, and other events to network with patient and physician

community as the representative of a radiology office.

4. Manage call list and show ability to grow existing client list through scheduled appointments and "cold" calls on a

routine basis.

5. Provide support and education to referring office staff.

6. Attend at least one conference each year as assigned by the CEO.

7. Other related work as assigned.

8. Excellent Customer Service.

4 year college degree is required.

3-4 years in either medical sales or physician relations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to recognize potential problems and provide fast solutions

Ability to work alone - self motivated

Computer skills such as database maintenance, report generating, etc.

Ability to maintain a working knowledge of current topics and trends in radiology.

Strong ability to perform many tasks simultaneously.

Availability and willingness to travel generally within the Central Florida area.

Own a reliable vehicle and possess a good driving record.

This job requires prolonged sitting or standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching; Must be able to see with or

without corrective eyewear, must be able to hear clearly, with or without assistance. This position may require lifting

25 plus pounds.
